Features
Payroll File Upload
PagaPro allows you to upload an Excel file formatted similarly to the one used by the tax authorities. For companies using HRBIS, PagaPro accepts the export file directly from HRBIS.
Declaration Automation
After uploading the payroll file, PagaPro autonomously and automatically completes the declaration process in the e-Filing system—submitting employee by employee and filling in all required fields.
Declaration Status Tracking
PagaPro logs all unsuccessful entries and, once the process is complete, sends an email notification detailing the status of the declaration and listing any inconsistencies.
Beyond Declaration
PagaPro compares the declared salaries in the tax system with the uploaded payroll file. This cross-check helps prevent potential discrepancies between reported values and actual payroll calculations.
